6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is generally 7–12 business days, depending on the destination, carrier operations, and customs processing. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the conditions stated in our Return Policy. Customers must contact us for return instructions before sending an item.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes, bundle offers, and free-shipping offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended for future orders. Changes do not affect an order that has already been accepted.
